Macondo font by John Vargas Beltrán, selected for its visual cues in calligraphy and the Arts & Crafts movement. Its namesake comes from the fictional town in Gabriel García Márquez’ 1000 years of Solitude, which depicts the downfall of the community as it is turned into a banana plantation.
